Vince Delmonte's No Nonsense Muscle Building Review

Of all the muscle building books I have read, my favorite is "The Musclehead's Guide to a Godlike Physique ". Written by the Musclehead (duh), it really is a great read. I won't go on about it too much here, you can read the full review below, but make sure you check his site out. His style is a little "in your face", but I don't think you can find a more complete guide to building muscle on the internet.

Below, you will find reviews of the top 4 Muscle Building packages on the internet. I know, because I've done the research.

All of these products will help you develop the body you desire (Whatever that may be) and I've ranked them in my order of preference.

If you have any questions about any of the following products, feel free to email me about them at :help@musclebuildingcritic.com.

The Musclehead's Guide to a Godlike Physique Review

Reviewing as many packages as I do, it's hard to become bored. After a while, they all begin to look the same. But not this time. I was a bit offended by The Musclehead's site, I'm sure you'll agree he comes off as a real jerk.

But I was shocked at the quality of the product. Not only does it cover just about everything you would want to know about how to build muscle, there's no filler. He's made it so easy to get started, you'll be able to improve your physique the very day you get his book.

There's a lot more than just a book though. Not only do you get some ebooks (3 actually), you also get access to Team Musclehead, which is where you can get some personal coaching. My personal trainer usually charges more per session than the Musclehead charges for his entire package!

I was also surprised at the price. Even though it packs the biggest punch, it's actually one of the cheaper products. I guess that old saying "You get what you pay for" doesn't mean so much these days.

Overall, I recommend this package above all others. His approach is a bit harsh, but it definitely works, so give it a look. He also has a free course that you can sign up to on this page! Make sure you give this a look, it is free :)

The Truth about Building Muscle

If you're anything like me, you're sick of hearing all the hype about building muscle. You just want to know the truth about how to go about building muscle. Well, that's exactly what you get with this package.

Sean has created a program thats easy to follow but very effective, whatever your level of experience. I saw friends of my own (Who had never lifted before) make great progress and Seans program even helped me break through a plateau I've been at for a while now.

I went the whole hog and splurged on the deluxe package, and I'm definitely glad I did. His guide to getting shredded taught me a couple of things that will mean I'll be able to get into tip-top shape quicker than usual.

While this is a great package, it's not perfect. There's a lot of material to go through and I don't think all of it is worthwhile. There's way too much for the novice reader and the price hike isn't necessarily justified. But all in all, a good package. If the Musclehead wasn't around, this would be my number 1.

No Nonsense Muscle Building

This is my second favorite product. While it covers all the necessary points that a muscle building book should, it doesn't quite go beyond the call of duty, like Sean Nalewanyj's book does.

But if you aren't keen on reading through a long book, or listening to hours of audio, then this could be the book for you. Because it is still a great book and I am sure that anyone who follows it would do well.

You won't get too much useless theory here, just what has worked for Vince and lots of his clients. I can happily recommend this book to anyone who is wanting to build muscle and build the body of their dreams.

However, if I was only able to buy one book, it would have to be the Musclehead's.

Truly Huge Review

This is another book that someone asked me to review. Although the graphic of the huge guy on the website looked kinda cool, the rest of it didn't really make me keen to buy his book.

But because I'm a good guy, I bought it and decided to give it a look. I opened it up and discovered it was a rather large book. It is definitely packed with information.

But while there's plenty of knowledge, it's delivery is not quite that great. I felt that the author tended to go off the track a little bit and his writing style didn't interest me all that much.

However, similar to weight gain secrets, the information is sound. What is written in here is based on solid muscle building principles.

So is this book for you? If you just want raw facts about how to build muscle, then you could enjoy this book. However, if you want more information on other aspects of muscle building, then there are a couple of other books that deliver a more rounded package.

In the end, I decided to give it 3 stars, because it is a decent book, it's just that there are others out there that are better.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle

While Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle isn't technically a book on how to build muscle, I thought I just had to include it in here anyway. You see, while it may not be the best book to buy if you are a skinny guy looking to build muscle, it is still invaluable.

As far as fat loss is concerned, this is the bible. If you are looking to lose fat, you really need to read this book, that's how great it is. Whether you want to get ripped to shreds, or just need to lose a few kilos, this book, can help you.

Ï won't say any more about this book, but if you fit into the category of wanting to lose FAT (Not just weight), then do yourself a favor and at least check out his site.
